DIY Kits
Prefer to prepare your own paperwork? Every product we offer has a DIY Kit version - the templates, a plain-English guide and a completion checklist, from $149, with an easy upgrade to lawyer review whenever you want it.
A DIY Kit is a lower-cost way to get started: you prepare the documents yourself using our templates and guide, without a lawyer review included by default. It suits people who are comfortable handling the paperwork themselves, or who just want to see what's involved before committing to the fully prepared, lawyer-reviewed service. Every kit below can be upgraded to the fully reviewed service later if you change your mind.

See the Prenup / Binding Financial Agreement DIY KitDIY Kits are template and guidance products only - they are not legal advice, and no lawyer reviews your finished documents as part of a kit. Using a template does not guarantee the resulting document is valid or will be accepted or enforced by a court; that depends on it being completed correctly for your situation. This applies to every kit, and especially to the prenup / binding financial agreement kit - a binding financial agreement is not enforceable unless each party has obtained their own independent legal advice on it, no matter which tier you choose. If you're at all unsure, our fully prepared, lawyer-reviewed service includes that review as standard.
